Can anyone join this program?

The LIVE2THRIVE Program is open to anyone who has a prescription for an eligible Nestlé Health Science pancreatic enzyme and is not enrolled in Medicare, Medicaid, or any other federal or state healthcare program. Some state restrictions may apply. The LIVE2THRIVE program is also not available to patients without commercial prescription drug insurance. How do I get monthly shipments of free vitamins and nutritional supplements?

To receive monthly shipments of free vitamins and nutritional supplements, you must join the LIVE2THRIVE Program. Here's how:

  • Get your prescription for eligible pancreatic enzymes from your doctor
  • Fill your prescription at the pharmacy
  • Join the LIVE2THRIVE Program and choose your free vitamins and nutritional supplements during registration

Once you're a member, visit your My LIVE2THRIVE home page at any time to review or change your selections.

Why didn’t I receive my shipment of free vitamins and supplements this month?

In order to receive your free shipment of vitamins and nutritional supplements each month, you must refill your prescription for eligible pancreatic enzymes. You must also reconfirm your eligibility every 90 days. When you log into your account, if it is time for you to reconfirm your eligibility, you will be prompted to do so. For a family account, you must confirm eligibility for each participating member and make separate product selections. It may take 2 to 3 weeks to process your request. If you've refilled your prescription at your local pharmacy and still haven't received your shipment, please call the customer service center (1.888.936.7371) for additional help. How do I change my monthly selections for free vitamins and supplements?

Log in to your LIVE2THRIVE account. On the My LIVE2THRIVE home page, you have the option to update your selections at any time. If you make updates after your items have been shipped for that month, your changes will be reflected in next month's shipment.

What are reward points? How do I use them?

You can earn points by adhering to your pancreatic enzyme therapy and on your birthday. Redeem your points by choosing from a variety of reward items that can help support your nutritional and respiratory health in the Reward Center.


If you are a resident of Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, or Rhode Island, you cannot receive rewards through the LIVE2THRIVE Program, but you may be eligible to receive free supplements and copay assistance.

Do reward points expire?

No. As long as you keep refilling your prescriptions for eligible pancreatic enzymes, your points will not expire.

What are the rules regarding my Loyalty Card?

You can reduce your copay by presenting your LIVE2THRIVE Loyalty Card at the pharmacy when you fill your eligible pancreatic enzyme prescription. Depending on your insurance coverage, you may be eligible to receive copay assistance up to a maximum savings limit.
