  • Q: If I use a mail-order pharmacy, can I still save money on my eligible pancreatic enzymes?
    A: Yes. You can use your loyalty card every time you refill your prescription and save money on your copay.
  • Q: What is the Savings Request Form?
    A: The Savings Request Form is something you use only if the pharmacy does not process your claim with the loyalty card. Fill out the Savings Request Form and mail, fax, or email it with a copy of the pharmacy receipt using the contact information listed on the form. Be sure to complete all sections, as incomplete information will delay reimbursement.
  • Q: Help! I am having trouble logging in to the LIVE2THRIVE® website. What do I do?
    A: If you forgot your user ID and/or password, you can recover your lost credentials.

Program Offerings

Living with cystic fibrosis (CF) or caring for someone with CF can come with many challenges. We've created the LIVE2THRIVE® Program to give you support.

Members of the program are eligible to receive*:

  • Free Vitamins & Supplements
  • Copay Assistance
  • Loyalty Rewards

If you are a resident of Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, or Rhode Island, you cannot receive rewards through the LIVE2THRIVE Program, but you may be eligible to receive free supplements and copay assistance.

Prescription savings

Once enrolled in the LIVE2THRIVE Program, patients may be eligible to save on the copay for their eligible pancreatic enzyme. Depending on your insurance coverage, you may be eligible to receive copay assistance up to a maximum savings limit.

This offer is not valid for use by patients enrolled in Medicare, Medicaid, or other federal or state programs. Maximum savings limits apply; patient out-of-pocket expense will vary. Please see full Program Terms, Conditions, and Eligibility Criteria here.

Who can join?

The LIVE2THRIVE Program is available to eligible patients who are taking an eligible Nestlé Health Science pancreatic enzyme prescription. Talk to your doctor to find out which pancreatic enzymes are eligible for this program.

Here's how to join:

  1. 1 Once you have received a prescription from your doctor for an eligible pancreatic enzyme, you can sign up in 1 of 2 ways:
    1. Register now. You'll receive a temporary Loyalty Card via email while waiting for your official card in the mail
      OR
    2. Pick up a LIVE2THRIVE brochure at your local CF center. There will be a card attached to the brochure and you can use the number on the back of the card to join. Keep the card after you register—this is your Loyalty Card. Use it at the pharmacy after registering for the LIVE2THRIVE Program
  2. 2 If you qualify for the LIVE2THRIVE Program, you will be eligible to choose your free vitamins and nutritional supplements.
  3. 3 For a family account, you must confirm eligibility for each participating member and make separate product selections.
  4. 4 Once you are a part of the LIVE2THRIVE Program, start earning points by adhering to your pancreatic enzyme therapy. Redeem your points by choosing from a variety of reward items that can help support your nutritional and respiratory health.

Eligibility limitations

The LIVE2THRIVE Program is not available to patients without commercial prescription drug insurance or patients who are on Medicare, Medicaid, VA, DOD, or Tricare, or participating in any other state or federally subsidized pharmacy benefit program or where otherwise prohibited by law. Free vitamins & supplements

It can be hard for some people with CF to get the vitamins and nutrients their bodies need. By registering for the LIVE2THRIVE Program, you become eligible to receive a free monthly supply of vitamins and supplements. You will have the option to choose 1 product from each group below:

  • 1 type of fat-soluble vitamin A-D-E-K
  • 1 type of vitamin D3 or probiotic
  • 1 type of supplement

PLEASE NOTE: Talk to your healthcare professional about which vitamin and nutritional supplement may be right for you or your loved one. All decisions regarding patient care must be made with a healthcare provider, considering the unique characteristics of the patient.

Loyalty rewards

You will earn points by adhering to your pancreatic enzyme therapy. On your birthday, you'll receive 100 points. Redeem your points by choosing from a variety of reward items that can help support your nutritional and respiratory health.

If you are a resident of Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, or Rhode Island, you cannot receive rewards through the LIVE2THRIVE Program, but you may be eligible to receive free supplements and copay assistance.
